Cancellation & Refund Policy

Face Scan HR provides a face-scan attendance system on a monthly/annual subscription basis. This policy sets out the cancellation and refund terms that apply to all customers.

Cancelling the service

• Customers may cancel at any time, with no advance notice required, through the channels listed on our "Contact Us" page.
• Once a cancellation is requested, the service remains available until the effective date of the cancellation, after which the account is deactivated.
• Account data and facial data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds

• If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle you have already paid for, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis, calculated from the effective date of cancellation through the end of that billing cycle.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval, back to the original payment method used.
• We reserve the right to decline a refund where the Terms of Service have been violated.
