By using Face Scan HR, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of service

Face Scan HR provides a face-scan system for recording employee clock-in/clock-out times to customer organisations, under the subscription plan the customer has signed up for.

Customer responsibilities

• The customer organisation is responsible for informing its employees and obtaining their consent before enrolling facial data in the system.
• The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Customers must keep their user accounts and login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity that occurs under their accounts.
• Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter into the system.

Intellectual property

The system, software, logos, and all content appearing in the Face Scan HR service are the intellectual property of the company. Use of the service does not transfer or grant any rights in that intellectual property to the customer, except where stated in writing.

Cancellation and refunds

Governed by the separately published Cancellation & Refund Policy (Business Policy).

Limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is", with no warranty that it will be error-free or available without interruption.
• The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
• The company's total liability to a customer in any single case will not exceed the fees the customer paid to the company in the 12 months preceding the event.
• These limitations do not apply to damages caused by the company's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or in cases where the law prohibits limiting liability — for example, a personal data breach under the PDPA.

Changes to these terms

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as appropriate, and will give advance notice through the channels listed on our "Contact Us" page or by publishing a notice on the website before the changes take effect.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Thai law.
