The Journey
1. Business Owner — Set up a branch in minutes
Create a Space (branch/location), configure shifts, and generate a Join Code or QR code for staff to scan and join. No extra hardware needed — any phone or tablet you already own becomes a check-in point instantly.
2. Admin — Schedule shifts without the guesswork
Build weekly shift schedules as a draft, editing freely before anyone sees them. When ready, hit Publish once — affected staff are notified immediately, cutting down on double-booked or understaffed shifts caused by miscommunication.
3. Employees — Check in with their own face, no one else needed
Open the app or walk up to the branch's Kiosk screen and scan to verify identity. The timestamp is recorded from the server instantly — no one can clock in for someone else. Employees immediately see their own status (present/late/absent) and real-time token balance.
4. The team — Know instantly, via LINE
Every check-in triggers an instant notification to the branch's LINE group. Admins see what's happening on-site in real time without keeping the app open.
5. Month-end — Reports and wages, ready to go
No manual hour-tallying. Wages are calculated automatically per shift, per employee, straight from real check-in data. Pull the monthly summary and export it whenever you need it.
